Forms connection issue

ISSUE:



Connection test result:



REASON:

Manual virtual proxy config was missing other proxy nodes


SOLUTION:

Virtual proxy was set to manual earlier due to an issue where Forms service started before Qlik service, and the autoconfiguration would fail.

Added other nodes to the config.
